Agent Bio : See the suit and tie in the picture? You won't see me like that again. I am a much more casual real estate agent. I spend a lot of time listing and selling land, so I'll most likely be in my alternative work suit from day to day...shorts or jeans, a shirt and sunscreen. And my hat will be in the back seat of the car.

So what do I know about land and real estate? I've had my real estate license for about 20 years. I am an experienced exchanger, knowing the ins and outs of tax deferred exchanges. I currently am the Vice President of the National Council of Exchangors and am a past President and current member of Tucson Real Estate Exchangors. I attend many National and Regional exchange meetings and am connected to those people who make big deals happen.

Since not every deal involves cash or bank financing, I have become creative in thinking "outside the box." Whether it's trading one property for another, or using a smaller property or other asset as a down payment, or making something more complex become a reality, I love that part of the deal. Don't worry if it doesn't make sense to you now, it will, and it can work.
