90% of my business is repeat or referrals.
Being a second generation real estate agent, moving to Tucson as a very small child, where my parents built and Sold several homes in what was then a small town. I have lived in various western states (California, Oregon, Washington, Idaho & Utah), and moved back to Tucson in 1976 with my young son, following my parents who decided Tucson was where they wanted to retire. Shortly thereafter my daughter transferred to the University of Arizona because the climate was so enticing and she fell in love with the Sonoran Desert as we had.
We have enjoyed the spectacular sunsets, amazing wildlife & the ambience the desert life offers. For thirty-two years I have worked and grown in Real Estate, with Tucson maturing in all directions maintaining a relaxed friendly community with all the amenities of a big city. From exploring the magnificent mountains, or attending a variety of ball games, entertainment, fine dining or large Malls. Taking a trip to the Grand Canyon, snow skiing in winter, boating or fishing on the lakes, or lying on the beach in Mexico are all within hours of Tucson. This includes the experience of southwestern culture & ghosts towns. I love to be able to share my wealth of information & extensive knowledge with my clients & focus on giving the smoothest transitions whether buying or selling.
Working in my garden & having Thanksgiving dinner on the patio, watching the wildlife play in the desert & the variety of birds cavorting in the trees are only a few of the wonderful things I love about Tucson. |
