Mike’s basic real estate philosophy is not real “deep” or thought provoking. In fact, it’s really quite simple: RESULTS! Mike says: “Results are what my clients expect – and deserve.” And results are what Mike specializes in. Results come from hard work, knowledge, experience and creativity. When you are working with Mike, you have all of these and more. Integrity. Trust. Commitment. Peace of Mind. And his genuine desire to help his clients.

As in any business, knowing what to do, how to do it and when to do it is essential to a successful career. Mike has been an active real estate broker since 1978 and is President and Managing Broker of the firm. Mike has earned his ABR (Accredited Buyer’s Representative), ABRM (Accredited Buyer’s Representative Manager), CRB (Certified Real Estate Brokerage Manager), CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) and GRI (Graduate, REALTORS® Institute) designations, as well as his e-PRO certification. He also holds a Bachelor of Science degree with majors in Business Administration and Economics. But he doesn’t rest on his laurels; he’s frequently sighted at various seminars, keeping current on all the subjects that help his clients have the best.

His commitment to improving his profession is shown through his long-term involvement in the Tucson Association of REALTORS®. He has served on many local & state committees, just some of which are Professional Standards, Grievance, Strategic Planning, Executive, Risk Management and Education. He has also served three terms on the Board of Directors of both the Tucson Association of REALTORS® and the Multiple Listing Service. He is the 2001 Past President of the Tucson Association of REALTORS® Multiple Listing Service, 2007 Past President of the Tucson Association of REALTORS® and regularly teaches the Code of Ethics. Last year he was appointed to the National Association of REALTORS® Professional Committee, an honor that he holds as one of the highlights of his professional career.

The Leadership role he has played is well documented in the honors that have been bestowed upon him: 1985 Tucson REALTOR-ASSOCIATE® of the Year, TAR President’s Special Recognition Award in 1984 and 1993, TAR Outstanding Service Award in 1996, and 2000 Tucson REALTOR® of the Year.
